Dairy farm staff

Experience most Irish farms have never seen

Our dairy candidates come from some of the largest, most demanding operations in the world — where routine, hygiene and stockmanship are non-negotiable.

  • From family farms to mega-dairies

Hands-on milking experience across the full range — from 150-cow farms right up to Saudi Arabian units of 40,000 head with high-throughput parlours and strict protocols.

  • International dairy experience

Further seasons on precision-run farms in Japan, Oman, the UAE, New Zealand and beyond — adapting to different systems, climates and herd sizes.

  • Skilled with machinery

Confident operating tractors, loading shovels and teleporters — feeding, bedding, scraping and yard work handled without supervision.

  • Ready for Irish routines

Milking, calf rearing, feeding, hygiene and herd-health awareness — candidates arrive ready to slot into your daily round.

Why our dairy staff?

Whether it's a 150-cow family farm or a 40,000-cow unit, our candidates have done the job at your scale — with the reliability, stamina and stockmanship to prove it.

Beef farm staff

Cattle men who know their stock

Experienced beef farm workers for suckler herds, store cattle and finishing systems — practical, hard-working and comfortable around cattle of every temperament.

  • Real cattle experience

Feeding, dosing, tagging, moving stock, calving cows and spotting a sick animal early — the daily skills of a proper stockman.

  • Machinery competent

Tractors, loading shovels and teleporters for feeding, bedding and yard work — plus fencing, gates and general farm maintenance.

  • From large-scale operations

Backgrounds on major cattle operations in the Gulf and beyond, adapting easily to Irish suckler and finishing systems.

An extra pair of hands that pays for itself

Beef margins are tight and good help is nearly impossible to find. A dependable worker on a trial basis, with no obligation, is the lowest-risk way to find out what a difference it makes.

Racing yard staff

Riders raised on world-class standards

Our jockeys and work riders come from highly professional yards in the world's most exacting racing jurisdictions.

  • Gulf racing yards

Riding out, schooling and race preparation in elite operations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, where presentation and discipline are everything.

  • Japanese racing experience

Time in Japan's famously meticulous training environment — precise routines, top-class horses, high expectations.

  • Yard-ready from day one

Fit, light, punctual and horse-first — comfortable with fresh horses, gallop routines and stable duties.

Built for Irish racing

Staffing is one of the biggest pressures on Irish yards. Our riders bring international experience and a serious work ethic — on trial first, so you can see it on the gallops yourself.

Nursing

Internationally qualified nurses for Irish healthcare

We source qualified, experienced nurses from India, Nepal, the Philippines, Sri Lanka and beyond — countries with long-established traditions of producing nurses who excel in Irish hospitals and nursing homes.

  • Qualified and experienced

Degree-qualified nurses with hospital and clinical experience in their home countries and internationally.

  • NMBI registration pathway

Candidates are supported through the NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland) registration process. Placements proceed subject to registration and the appropriate permit.

  • English-language ready

Candidates meet the English-language requirements expected in Irish clinical settings.

All nursing placements are made in full compliance with NMBI registration requirements and Irish employment permit rules for healthcare roles.

For nursing homes & healthcare providers

Recruiting nurses is slow, expensive and competitive. We bring you vetted international candidates with the paperwork managed — and the same simple promise: you only pay when you're happy.

Home care

Carers who treat your family like their own

For families and home-care providers seeking dependable, compassionate carers — people with genuine experience caring for the elderly and those who need daily support.

  • Experienced in care work

Candidates with real experience in elder care, home support and assisted living — patient, respectful and reliable.

  • Garda vetting arranged

All care placements proceed through Garda vetting and reference checks before your carer starts.

  • Matched to your family

We take time to understand who your loved one is and what they need — then match a carer to suit, on a trial basis first.

Peace of mind, at home

Inviting a carer into a family home is a decision built entirely on trust. That's why every placement starts with a trial — so you and your loved one can be sure before anything is settled.

Food production

Reliable hands for your production line

Hard-working operatives for food processing and production facilities — picking, processing, packing and general operative roles filled with people who turn up every day and do the job right.

  • Line and processing experience

Candidates with genuine experience in food production environments — picking lines, packing, processing and quality checking.

  • Hygiene and safety trained

Used to strict food-safety, hygiene and HACCP-style protocols from previous production roles.

  • Dependable at scale

Whether you need one operative or a full shift's worth, we source workers with the consistency production managers depend on.

Employment permit eligibility for production and operative roles varies by occupation and current quota rules. Talk to us about your specific roles and we'll give you a straight answer on what's possible.

For factories & food processors

Turnover on the line is expensive — recruitment, retraining, lost output. Our candidates come to Ireland to build a future, and it shows in how they work and how long they stay.

Hospitality

Staff who keep your venue running

For hotels, restaurants, bars and guesthouses — experienced people across the roles that are hardest to fill and hardest to keep: kitchen, floor, bar, housekeeping, cleaning and nights.

  • Kitchen & chef roles

Chefs and kitchen staff with real service experience — from busy hotel kitchens to high-volume restaurants.

  • Front of house & bar

Waiting staff and bar staff who are presentable, quick and good with people — trained in demanding international hotel environments.

  • Housekeeping, cleaning & night porters

The backbone roles every hotel depends on — thorough cleaners, reliable housekeepers and night porters who take the quiet hours seriously.

Employment permit eligibility varies widely across hospitality roles — chef positions are generally eligible, while many front-of-house, cleaning and porter roles are not. Talk to us about the roles you need and we'll give you a straight answer on what's possible for each.

For hotels, restaurants & bars

Hospitality turnover burns money and burns out the staff who stay. Our candidates come to Ireland to build a life, not to pass through a season — and it shows in how long they stay with you.

FAQ

Common questions

What does it cost me as an employer?
One flat success fee, agreed with you up front and payable only when the trial has gone well and you offer your new employee the job. There are no registration fees, no advertising costs, and no percentage of salary. If the placement doesn't work out during the trial, you pay nothing.
How does the trial period work?
Your candidate joins you and works alongside you or your team so you can judge their ability first-hand — and they can see if the role suits them too. If it's the right fit, we finalise everything; if not, the placement ends with no fee owed and we look for a better match on both sides.
Who handles the work permit paperwork?
We do. Employment permit applications and supporting documentation are managed end to end, and we keep you informed at each stage. For nursing placements, we also support candidates through NMBI registration.
Where do the candidates come from?
Our core recruiting countries are India, Nepal and the Philippines, alongside candidates from Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Kenya, Zimbabwe, South Africa and Brazil. Their experience spans family farms to large-scale units in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, Japan, New Zealand and Australia; professional racing yards in Dubai, Japan, Abu Dhabi and Qatar; hospital and care settings at home and abroad; and food processing environments.
Are candidates vetted?
Yes. Work history is verified and references from previous employers are available. Care placements additionally proceed through Garda vetting before starting.
How quickly can someone start?
It depends on the role and permit processing times. Get in touch with your requirements and we'll give you an honest timeline for your specific situation.
